For organizations that already have their own innovation process and facilitators, Sandbox helps serve as a recruiting and placement agency, matching organizations with hyper-creative Sandbox All-Stars for client-facilitated creative consumer panels, ideation sessions, and focus groups. Participants meet mutually agreed upon demographic and psychographic criteria, and are "Sandbox Certified", which means participants:
- Have been screened through a series of nine predictive and performance-based creativity assessments, that are grounded in decades of academic research
- Fall within the top 3% of Sandbox's nation-wide pool of creative idea-generators, which indicates a strong ability to generate a greater quantity and quality of innovative ideas
- Have been profiled according to their inherent creative strengths and tendencies
- Have been personally interviewed in-person by Sandbox International
- Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills
- Perform well in group and individual ideation activities
- Have received training in Sandbox International's ideation techniques
- Are engaged, enthusiastic, and interested in developing breakthrough ideas
